Common questions about the Domain Search
How accurate are the email addresses returned in the Domain Search?
The email addresses returned can have two different states:
- Verified email addresses: we could recently validate the email address is working. You can recognize these email addresses because there is a green "Verified" icon next to them.
- Other email addresses: they have not been verified recently, but returned with a confidence score that evaluates the accuracy instead. This score takes into account all the signals we can get to provide a relevant evaluation (SMTP verifications, number and quality of sources, match with the most common pattern and other criteria).
Where does the data come from?
All the email addresses found in the Domain Search have public sources on the web. The sources are always displayed in the results, along with their discovery dates.
How can I find the email address of someone if I already have their name?
To find the email address from a name, you can use the Email Finder.
Is the Domain Search free?
When logged in, a Domain Search that returns at least one email address costs one request. If it fails to return any result, it is free.
