• Account Data: When you create an account, we process your name, email address, Firebase user identifier, authentication provider, and security events required to operate sign-in and account recovery.
• Plan Selection: We store the Rivyn plan code, display currency, billing cadence, catalogue version, and selection status. A plan selection marked as an intent is not a payment or active subscription.

3. Use of Information

We use this information to operate the Site, authenticate accounts, recover access, preserve a visitor's plan selection, prepare a Rivyn workspace, prevent abuse, provide support, and understand aggregate product usage.

We retain account information while the account is active or as needed for security, legal, and support obligations. You can request access or deletion using the Onmee data deletion process. We verify account ownership before deleting identity or workspace records.
