Account and data deletion

To request deletion of your Onmee account and the Rivyn data associated with it, email contact@onmee.vn from the email address used for the account. Use the subject “Onmee account deletion”.

What to include

• The account email address.
• The Onmee product or workspace concerned.
• Whether you want the account deleted or only specified workspace data removed.

What happens next

Onmee verifies account ownership before deleting data. We then identify the Firebase identity, public profile, plan-selection intent, workspace membership, and operational records in scope. We confirm the request and describe any records that must be retained for security or legal reasons before completing the deletion.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, provider secrets, identity documents, or payment card data by email.
