Introducing Awenvia

What is Awenvia: turn one idea into an SEO post, a Pinterest pin, and an Instagram post

Awenvia is a content operations tool that helps Shopify store owners turn one idea into an SEO-ready post, Pinterest pin, and Instagram post in a single workflow.

Every time I had a new post to ship for the store, I’d end up with four or five tabs open: Google Docs for the draft, Canva for the Pinterest pin, a separate Instagram calendar, and by the end I’d forget whether the post was even SEO-optimized. Awenvia came out of exactly that mess.

What is Awenvia?

Awenvia is a content operations tool: you feed in a source idea, and Awenvia carries it through each step — Source → Draft → Optimize → Approve → Publish/Export — to produce SEO-ready articles, Pinterest pins, and Instagram posts, published straight to your Shopify store and any connected social channels.

Instead of each content format living in its own tool, Awenvia keeps the whole flow visible in one place — which ideas are at which stage, what’s been approved, what’s still waiting to publish.

How does it work?

The basic flow has 5 steps:

  1. Source — enter the original idea (a topic, a product, an insight you want to write about).
  2. Draft — Awenvia produces a first draft written with search intent in mind.
  3. Optimize — versioned editing with quality checks before approval.
  4. Approve — a clear review gate so an unfinished draft never gets published by accident.
  5. Publish/Export — push straight to your Shopify store or connected social channels; anything not yet integrated gets exported manually.

There’s a 14-day free trial, no card required, so you can try the whole flow before deciding.

From the person who built it

I built Awenvia because I was that person losing content between tools — writing a post in Docs, forgetting to optimize it for SEO, then making the Pinterest pin separately in Canva with nobody tracking what had actually shipped. This is the first Shopify app I’ve built, currently at v0.3.0 — there’s still plenty to refine, but the core Source → Publish flow already works.

Practical advice

If your store ships content regularly (product descriptions, blog posts, Pinterest pins) and you’re currently duct-taping separate tools together, it’s worth trying the 14-day free trial to see if the flow fits how you actually work. If you only post occasionally, you probably don’t need a dedicated system for this yet.

FAQ

Is Awenvia free?

There’s a 14-day free trial, no card required. Awenvia hasn’t published official pricing for paid plans yet.

Does Awenvia publish directly to Shopify?

Yes — the Publish/Export step connects straight to your Shopify store, plus any connected social channels. Anything not yet integrated is exported manually.

Who is Awenvia for?

Shopify store owners, dropshipping teams, or affiliate teams who need to ship content regularly (SEO posts, Pinterest pins, Instagram posts) and are tired of stitching separate tools together.

Conclusion

Awenvia is still a young product — v0.3.0, still being refined. But the problem it solves (content getting lost across too many tools) is one I think a lot of Shopify store owners run into every day, even before they’ve put a name to it.
